Kaylee Kruschke is an Associate Attorney at Mendoza Law, LLC, serving the firm’s clients in the areas of data privacy, cybersecurity, internet and telecommunications, arts and entertainment, business law, and legislative affairs. Kaylee comes to Mendoza Law after completing a prestigious University of Minnesota corporate fellowship program in which she served as assistant corporate counsel with US Bank. At US Bank Kaylee worked with several divisions within the legal department, including technology and operations services and the legal regulatory division. In doing so, Kaylee solidified her ability to learn quickly and provide high quality legal services on a wide range of subjects.
Kaylee’s undergraduate work in journalism and her experience as a staff writer and editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology during law school, sparked Kaylee’s interest in intellectual property rights and technology law. Kaylee understands the rapid development of technology and its impact on data privacy and intellectual property rights.
