Bio

Tony founded Mendoza Law Office in 2003. Tony works with a diverse group of for-profit and non-profit clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies as their advocate and advisor on cable and telecommunications law, policy and legislative analysis, regulatory compliance, entertainment law, copyright, trademark, litigation, business and non-profit law. Tony is a former Deputy Commerce Commissioner for Telecommunications for the State of Minnesota. He is an active member of the communications bar. He also is a passionate advocate for local music and local musicians, serving on boards and donating pro bono legal services to organizations that support and advocate for local music and local musicians.
