Bio

Jeff joined Mendoza Law Office as Special Counsel in 2011.  Prior to joining Mendoza Law Office, Jeff was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Integra Telecom, Inc. in Portland, Oregon, where he continues to serve as Intergra's General Counsel as an independent contractor on a part-time basis.  Jeff directs Integra’s regulatory efforts at the state and federal level, and has participated in numerous proceedings, and testified before state legislative committees on telecommunications issues. Jeff has also managed Integra’s government relations, contract negotiation and review, M&A activity, financing and securities issues. Prior to working at Integra Telecom, Inc., Jeff was an Minnesota Assistant Attorney General where he managed the Telecommunications and Energy Division. He clerked for the Hon. Don Lay, Senior Judge Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and for the Hon. Alan Page, Minnesota Supreme Court.
